英文摘要 | 研究了不同NaCl胁迫浓度(0、50、100、200、300 mmol/L)对野生和栽培大豆幼苗生长和抗氧化酶活性及膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫显著抑制了野生和栽培大豆的生长,但野生大豆在同样盐胁迫下所受影响较小,显示出较强的抗盐能力;两种大豆幼苗叶中的MDA含量均随着盐浓度的升高而递增,且栽培大豆的增幅大于野生大豆,高浓度盐胁迫下尤其显著,说明栽培大豆受到的膜脂伤害程度更为严重;同时,野生大豆中抗氧化酶的活性均高于栽培大豆,显示出野生大豆具有更强的抗氧化能力。 |
中文摘要 | Wild and cultivated soybean seedlings were treated with different concentrations (0,50,100, 200,300 mmol/L)of NaCl,and their physiological responses to NaCl stress were studied in growth,antioxi-dant enzyme activity and membrane lipid peroxidation.The results indicated that salt stress significantly inhib-ited the growth of wild and cultivated soybeans,but wild soybean was less affected under the same NaCl con-centration which showing stronger salt tolerance.The MDA content in leaves of the two kinds of soybean in-creased with the increase of salt concentration.The increase in cultivated soybean was more than that in wild soybean,especially in high salinity,which indicated that the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation was more serious in cultivated soybean.Furthermore,the antioxidant enzyme activity of wild soybean was higher than that of cultivated soybean,which showed that wild soybean had stronger antioxidant ability. |
