The invention relates to an all-solid-state ammonia nitrogen sensor, and provides a method for detecting ammonia nitrogen by means of the all-solid-state ammonia nitrogen sensor and a device thereof.The sensor is composed of an ammonia gas-sensing electrode, a reference electrode and a potential measuring instrument, wherein the ammonia gas-sensing electrode is formed by sequentially adhering a conducting layer, a polymer sensitive membrane, a hydrogel layer and a waterproof gas-permeable membrane to the bottom of an electrode substrate.According to the all-solid-state ammonia nitrogen sensor, hydrogel acts on infilling fluid of the electrode, and the hydroge has the effect of fixing the infilling fluid to improve the stability of the electrode; under the action of the hydrogel, the infilling fluid in the electrode is further fixed, ammonia gas entering the infilling fluid of the electrode through the gas-permeable membrane can be rapidly converted into ammonia ions in the infilling fluid, and therefore a rapid response of the electrode can be achieved.
