摘要	一种水凝胶的制备方法，包括以下步骤：将鱼源胶原蛋白冻干海绵用醋酸溶解得到胶原蛋白原溶液；将胶原蛋白原溶液的pH值调节至5.5‑6.5，得到胶原蛋白预备液；将藻蓝蛋白溶于PBS溶液中，得到藻蓝蛋白原溶液；将胶原蛋白预备液和藻蓝蛋白原溶液混合均匀，得到水凝胶原溶液；将水凝胶原溶液的pH值调节至7.0‑7.6，得到水凝胶预备液；将水凝胶预备液在室温下静置，得到水凝胶。此外，还提供一种采用上述水凝胶的制备方法制备得到的水凝胶。上述水凝胶制备方法，方法简易，不添加交联剂，保留了胶原蛋白良好的生物相容性。上述方法制备的水凝胶细胞毒性小，对生物体友好。具有优异的透气性、溶胀性及降解性等特性。
其他摘要	The invention relates to a preparation method of water gel. The method comprises the following steps of dissolving fish collagen freeze-drying sponge by acetic acid to obtain a collagen raw solution; regulating the pH value of the collagen raw solution to 5.5 to 6.5 to obtain a collagen preparation solution; dissolving phycocyanin into a PBS solution to obtain a phycocyanin raw solution; uniformlymixing the collagen raw solution and the phycocyanin raw solution to obtain a water sol raw solution; regulating the pH value of the water gel raw solution to 7.0 to 7.6; obtaining a water gel preparation solution; performing still standing on the water gel preparation solution at room temperature; obtaining water gel. In addition, the invention also provides the water gel prepared by the preparation method of the water gel. The preparation method of the water gel has the advantages that the method is simple; crosslinking agents are not added; good biocompatibility of the collagen is remained. The water gel prepared by the method has the advantages that the cell toxicity is small; the effect on the organisms is friendly; the characteristics of excellent ventilation performance, dissolution expansion performance, degradation and the like are realized.
