The invention relates to recovery of salinized soil, and specifically relates to an ecological farm and ranch mode construction method improving seashore saline soil productivity. The method comprises : constructing an ecological farm and ranch mode region formed by at least an agricultural planting region, a pasture livestock region, and wetland aquatic product regions on a to-be-treated coastal wasteland, the periphery of each region being the wetland aquatic product region, the wetland aquatic product regions of two adjacent regions being connected; the agricultural planting region using a ground plane as a baseline, original soil lifting 1.2-1.5 m; the pasture livestock region being a sloping field which has an angle of 5-10 DEG with the ground plane through piling by the original soil, the top end of the sloping field being bordered with the lifted agricultural planting region, and the bottom end of the sloping field being bordered with the wetland aquatic product region; and the wetland aquatic product region being a reservoir formed by ditching using the ground plane as the baseline. The method adjust measures to local conditions, and completely uses original soil micro-topography reformation design, gravel and other ingredients are not needed to be added, so as to save large amount of cost.
