The invention discloses effervescent tablets, which comprise the following components in part by weight : 5 to 10 parts of food-grade phycocyanin, 10 to 50 parts of inulin, 5 to 15 parts of adhesive, 45 to 80 parts of effervescing agent and 0 to 6 parts of auxiliary material. The invention also discloses a preparation method for the effervescent tablets, which comprises the following steps of : performing dry mixing of 5 to 10 parts of food-grade phycocyanin, 10 to 50 parts of inulin and 15 to 30 parts of sodium bicarbonate; adding 5 to 15 parts of ethanol into the mixture to perform wet mixing, and pelletizing; adding 30 to 50 parts of tartaric acid and 0.01 to 0.05 part of sweetener into the mixture to perform dry mixing; adding 5 to 15 parts of ethanol into the mixture to perform wet mixing, and pelletizing; evaporating the ethanol by using cold air; adding 5 to 15 parts of povidone and 2 to 5 parts of polyethylene glycol-6000 into the mixture, and blending the mixture uniformly; andtabletting the mixture. The effervescent tablets have the advantages of carrying convenience, good stability, easy absorption, quick response and good mouthfeel.
