海水入侵是各国沿海地区面临的最严重的环境问题之一,全球范围海水入侵的普遍性已经引起国际社会的关注,它使沿海地区环境遭受严重破坏,给社会经济带来巨大损失。快速、准确评价海水入侵不仅是陆海相互作用研究的重要科学问题,而且对海岸带生态环境保护和建设有着十分重要的实践意义。随着计算机技术的飞速发展以及政府部门对海水入侵治理工作的日益重视,建立海水入侵综合评价系统,实现海水入侵的信息可视化管理成为目前的迫切任务之一。作者在阅读了大量参考文献的基础上,运用专业GIS开发软件ArcEngine9.3与VB.NET开发语言,进行了海水入侵综合评价系统的研究,主要成果包括:(1)根据需求分析与设计原则,设计了海水入侵综合评价系统的总体框架与功能模块;(2)设计了系统的数据库,包括采样数据库、标准分级数据库以及评价结果数据库;(3)实现了数据的基本操作以及数据的描述性统计;(4)实现了海水入侵综合评价的评价方法,包括单因子评价、模糊综合评价以及模糊神经网络评价;(5)根据现有水质监测数据,利用灰色模型,实现了海水入侵预测功能;(6)实现了海水入侵评价结果与预测结果的空间可视化分析,包括评价结果生成点图层、插值生成栅格图层以及评价结果的动态显示。海水入侵综合评价系统的设计开发为海岸带地区海水入侵现状分析、评价与预测提供了管理平台,为海岸带生态环境保护和区域地下水资源可持续利用提供了科学依据。; Seawater intrusion is one of the most serious environmental problems in coastal areas in many countries. The universality of the global range of seawater intrusion has caused the attention of the international community. Sea water intrusion has made a serious damage to environment and economic in coastal areas. To evaluate the intrusion quickly and accurately is not only the important scientific issues in land-sea interaction studies, but also has a practical significance in coastal environmental protection and construction. With the rapid development of computer technology and the growing attention of the government departments on seawater intrusion management, it has been one of the current urgent tasks to establish the comprehensive evaluation system to make a visualization management.In this paper, by reading a large number of references, the comprehensive evaluation system of sea water intrusion was developed by using the professional GIS development software Arc Engine 9.3 and VB.NET programming language. The main works are as follows: (1) The general frame and function modules were designed by needs analysis and design principles; (2) The database of the system was designed, including the sample database, standard classification database as well as evaluating results database; (3) The basic operation and descriptive statistics of the data was realized; (4) the evaluation methods of sea water intrusion was realized, including single-factor evaluation, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy neural network evaluation; (5) Water quality prediction was made by gray model according to the existing water quality monitoring data; (6) The analysis of water quality assessment results and predictions of spatial visualization was realized, including the generation of point layer by evaluation results, interpolation to generate raster layer, and the dynamic display of the evaluation results.The design and development of the comprehensive evaluation system makes a management platform for analysis and forecasting sea water intrusion in coastal areas, and also provide a scientific basis on coastal ecological environment protection and sustainable use of regional groundwater resources.
