The invention relates to the field of bacterial inhibitors, in particular to an endophytic fungus diterpene alkaloid compound of natural seaweed as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The endophytic fungus diterpene alkaloid compound has a structural formula (I) shown in the specification. The preparation method comprises the following steps of : inoculating aspergillus oryzae cf-2 in a culture medium for standing fermentation; extracting and condensing fermentation liquor with ethyl acetate; extracting a mycelium with an organic solvent, then extracting and condensing the mycelium with ethyl acetate, combining concentrates to obtain a crude extract; carrying out silica gel column chromatography on the crude extract, carrying out gradient elution on the crude extract withthe organic solvent, collecting an eluent and carrying out thin layer chromatography detection on the eluent; and carrying out gel column chromatography, silica gel column chromatography and thin layer chromatography separation and purification on the eluted components at the gradient of the eluent volume ratio of (0-10) : 100 to obtain the target compound. The fungus diterpene alkaloid compound obtained by adopting the preparation method disclosed by the invention has remarkable antibacterial activity.
