A preparation method of a biotinylated antibody sensor on the basis of gene-recombinant phycocyanin MAC and graphene oxide quantum dots includes the following steps : 1) constructing an expressive plasmid pMAC; 2) transferring the expressive plasmid pMAC into escherichia coli to obtain an engineering strain BMAC; 3) performing inoculated culture to the engineering strain BMAC and performing inductive expression, and collecting bacterial liquid; 4) purifying the bacterial liquid to obtain purified protein MAC; 5) modifying the graphene oxide quantum dots with low-molecular-weight chitosan to obtain a graphene oxide quantum dot/chitosan composite, adding a biotinylated antibody solution to the protein MAC solution and performing room temperature incubation, and then adding the graphene oxidequantum dot/chitosan composite solution, performing room temperature incubation, and activating the material with light in 600-620 nm to obtain the biotinylated antibody sensor on the basis of gene-recombinant phycocyanin MAC and graphene oxide quantum dots. The biotinylated antibody sensor is excellent in sensitivity.
