The invention relates to the technical field of environment protection, in particular to a preparation method of a grease containing alga-based water purification material. Grease producing alga is added into a seawater culture medium according to an inoculum size of 0.1 to 0.2g L; under the culture conditions of 10 to 20 DEG C and the light darkness ratio being 12h : 12h, the grease producing alga is cultured to enter the tail stage of the logarithmic phase; then, a oligotrophic stress seawater culture medium with the same volume as the culture system is added; under the condition of 10 to 20 DEG C and the light darkness ratio being 12h : 12h, the oligotrophic stress culture is performed for stimulating energy source alga to produce oil; when the grease content of the alga is greater than 10 percent, a mixture of polyaluminium chloride and nanometer ferroferric oxide is added; stirring and coagulation are performed; the collected grease producing alga is put into a steam blasting device; steam blasting wall breaking treatment is performed; then, the materials are added into a chitosan-polyethyleneglycol 1000 diluted acid water solution; the materials are uniformly stirred; the modified alga biomass is collected; drying is performed; the grease containing alga-based water purification material is prepared. The material provided by the invention belongs to the grease containing alga-based water purification material capable of removing various organic or inorganic contaminants.
