The multi-parameter in-situ online monitoring system comprises a water level detection platform, wherein the water level detection platform comprises a detection module, a plurality of sampling pipes with different lengths and a pressure-maintaining sampling module; the detection module comprises a circulation tank and a detection device; each sampling pipe is communicated with the circulation tank; the pressure-maintaining sampling module comprisesa plurality of valves and a peristaltic pump; each valve is arranged between one sampling pipe and the circulation tank; and the peristaltic pump is communicated with the circulation tank. According to the multi-parameter in-situ online monitoring system, the water quality changes of multiple water layers of the sea ranch can be continuously monitored in real time, and the real-time and historicaldata service and the statistic analysis and prediction services of data are provided for the sea ranch. The system is provided with the pressure-maintaining sampling module, so that the situation that the detection module and the like are corroded when organisms are attached to the pipe walls of the sampling pipes and moisture enters floating bodies on the water surface through a sampling pipeline is avoided, and the situation that certain detection numerical values are deviated due to the rapid release of a water sample in the sampling process can be prevented.
