A preparation method of double-network hydrogel loaded with phycobiliprotein is provided. The method includes separately preparing a collagen solution, an aqueous PVA solution and a phycobiliprotein solution; then mixing the collagen solution, the aqueous PVA solution and the phycobiliprotein solution in a volume ratio of (4-6) : (2-4) : 2 to obtain a liquid mixture; performing centrifugation after stirring to remove air bubbles to obtain a centrifugate; adjusting the pH of the centrifugate with sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid to 6.8-7.4, then transferring the centrifugate to a mold, and performing water bathing treatment at 25-35 DEG C; allowing the product to stand for 8-16 h to obtain hydrogel; freezing the hydrogel at -20 DEG C for 4-8 h, then thawing the hydrogel at 25 DEG C, and repeating the freezing-thawing steps for 3-7 times to obtain the double-network hydrogel loaded with phycobiliprotein. The double-network hydrogel obtained by the method is stable in performance, low in cost and environmentally friendly.
