摘要	本发明属于贝类的养殖技术，尤其是涉及一种紫海杂交扇贝在北方育苗然后移到南方养成以培育大规格扇贝的“北育南养”养殖方法。选择从紫扇贝与海湾扇贝杂交一代中选育的杂交新品种作为种贝，于早夏或秋季在北方培育扇贝苗种然后运输到南方海域继续养殖，培育出大规格的商品扇贝。本发明可有效提高养殖扇贝的规格，提高扇贝产品的价值，有效保证扇贝的产品质量和安全，增加优质海洋蛋白的生产，提高渔民收入，为扇贝养殖业的健康可持续发展开辟了一条新的道路。
其他摘要	The invention belongs to a shellfish breeding technology, and particularly relates to a north breeding and south breeding breeding method for breeding purple sea hybrid scallops in the north and then moving to the south for breeding so as to breed large-scale scallops. The north breeding and south breeding method comprises the following steps of : breeding the purple sea hybrid scallops in the north; and then moving the purple sea hybrid scallops to the south for breeding. The method comprises the following steps of : selecting a new hybrid variety bred from the first generation of hybridization of purple scallops and bay scallops as seed scallops, cultivating scallops in the north in early summer or autumn, and then transporting the scallops to the south sea area for continuous cultivation to cultivate large-scale commercial scallops, wherein the first generation of hybridization of purple scallops and bay scallops is selected as the seed scallops; and cultivating scallops in the north in early summer or autumn. The invention can effectively improve the specifications of cultured scallops, improve the value of scallop products, effectively ensure the product quality and safety of the scallops, increase the production of high-quality marine protein, improve the income of fishermen, and open up a new way for the healthy and sustainable development of the scallop breeding industry.
