The invention relates to a method for inducing extracellular traps of shellfish blood cells. Shellfish blood cells are induced by adopting zymosan to obtain shellfish blood cells with extracellular traps. The method has the advantages that little clam blood cells are induced with zymosan, so that extracellular traps of the blood cells occur. The method can effectively induce little clam blood cells to generate extracellular traps and inhibit bacterial growth.
