The invention relates to the industries of functional food, cosmetics and medicines, in particular to glucosamine hyaluronate and application thereof. The structural formula of the glucosamine hyaluronate is shown in formula (1), and the average polymerization degree n is 10-1000. The glucosamine hyaluronate prepared by the invention has a good treatment effect on osteoarthritis model rats in an articular cavity injection mode, and can be used in but is not limited to the fields of daily chemicals, especially moisture absorption and preservation agents of cosmetics, wrinkle removing filling injection for beauty treatment, anti-fatigue eye drops and related arthrosis treatment or auxiliary health care. The glucosamine hyaluronate can be used for treating osteoarthritis model rats in an articular cavity injection mode.
