摘要	本实用新型公开了一种带灭菌过滤功能的微生物酵素发酵装置，包括釜体，釜体的底端中部固定连接过滤筒，所述过滤筒的一侧端贯通连接进气管，所述进气管上安装有热风机，所述釜体的内腔设有转轴，所述转轴的顶端贯穿釜体的顶壁并转动连接在搅拌电机上，转轴内设有气道，所述气道贯通连接过滤筒上，转轴的外圆面均匀的设有若干喷气嘴，转轴的外圆面底端套设有转盘；本实用新型的整个搅拌过程是利用高速气流搅动发酵液，促进发酵液进行混合，且能有效的防止微生物被破坏，能大幅提升发酵质量；同时转轴带动转盘旋转，进而利用转盘带动搅拌叶搅动釜体内的发酵液，能进一步促进发酵液与高温气体的快速混合，能进一步提升微生物的发酵质量。
其他摘要	The microbial enzyme fermentation device comprises a kettle body, a filter cartridge is fixedly connected to the middle of the bottom end of the kettle body, one side end of the filter cartridge is connected with an air inlet pipe in a penetrating mode, an air heater is installed on the air inlet pipe, and a rotating shaft is arranged in an inner cavity of the kettle body. The top end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the top wall of the kettle body and is rotationally connected to the stirring motor, an air channel is formed in the rotating shaft and is connected to the filter cylinderin a penetrating mode, a plurality of air nozzles are evenly arranged on the outer circle face of the rotating shaft, and the bottom end of the outer circle face of the rotating shaft is sleeved witha rotating disc; in the whole stirring process, high-speed airflow is used for stirring fermentation liquor, so that the fermentation liquor is promoted to be mixed, microorganisms can be effectivelyprevented from being damaged, and the fermentation quality can be greatly improved; meanwhile, the rotating shaft drives the rotating disc to rotate, the rotating disc drives the stirring blades to stir fermentation liquor in the kettle body, rapid mixing of the fermentation liquor and high-temperature gas can be further promoted, and the fermentation quality of microorganisms can be further improved.
