The present invention relates to a high-accuracy detection method of potential type sensor (polymer membrane ion selective electrode), in particular it is a high-accuracy electrochemical detection method of polymer sensitive membrane based on ion migration amplification effect. Using polymer membrane ion-selective electrode as identification element, The ion migration electrode is used as a signal conversion element, and indication ions in a cavity of the ion migration electrode are driven to migrate across an electrode membrane by utilizing the potential change of a polymer membrane ion selective electrode, so that the concentration information of ions to be detected is converted into an analysis signal which is more sensitive than a potential signal, and the high-precision quantitative detection of a target object in detection liquid is realized. Said invented method possesses a certain universality, and can implement detection of different target objects by changing the kind of indicating ion.
