摘要	本发明涉及经济海产贝类优良苗种制备技术领域，特别是一种紫海杂交扇贝与紫扇贝回交制种方法。利用紫海杂交扇贝大量未受精或受精率低的卵与紫扇贝高浓度精液进行种间回交，进而提高回交一代扇贝的制种效率和产率，获得生长快、个体大、出柱率高、抗逆性强的优质回交一代扇贝苗种。本发明方法可显著提高雌雄同体的紫海杂交扇贝与紫扇贝回交后代的比例，从而规模化制备生长优势显著、成活率高、抗逆性强、产量高的回交扇贝苗种；且，该方法可用于规模化制备杂种优势极其显著的雌雄同体型扇贝种间杂交商品苗种。

A large amount of unfertilized or low-fertilized eggs of the purple scallop hybrid scallop and high-concentration semen of the purple scallop are subjected to interspecific backcross, so that the seed production efficiency and yield of the first-generation backcross scallop are improved, and high-quality first-generation backcross scallop seedlings which grow quickly, are large in size, high in column yield and strong in stress resistance are obtained. Said invention can obviously raise the ratio of hermaphrodite purple sea hybrid scallop and backcross progeny of purple scallop so as to large-scale prepare backcross scallop offspring seed with obvious growth advantage, high survival rate, strong stress resistance and high yield. Said method can be used for large-scale preparation of hermaphrodite scallop interspecific hybrid commercial offspring seed with obvious heterosis.
