摘要 | 本发明涉及一种传送带式车载污染土壤重金属磁场原位净化装置,包括磁粒提取机构、磁粒回收组件、升降调节装置和农机架体,其中磁粒提取机构包括安装架、磁性滚轴、非磁性滚轴和传送带,安装架呈闭环状,且安装架下端和升降调节装置下端均铰接于农机架体上,并且安装架上端通过升降调节装置支撑,安装架上端下侧的L段均布有非磁性滚轴,安装架其余部分均布有磁性滚轴,传送带转动绕制于磁性滚轴和非磁性滚轴上,磁粒回收组件设于农机架体上且设于安装架上端下方。本发明利用磁性滚轴和非磁性滚轴的有无磁性以及重力作用实现土壤泥水内的磁粒实时提取和回收洗脱再生,简化结构的同时也降低了设备能耗,并且满足田间连续作业要求。 |
