The invention discloses a special carbon-based coated fertilizer for soybeans in coastal saline-alkali soil and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of high-efficiency planting of crops in saline-alkali soil. The fertilizer comprises 0.2 part of urea, 0.1 part of calcium superphosphate, 0.1 part of potassium sulfate, 0.03-0.04 part of nitrification inhibitor, 0.06 part of bentonite, 0.06 part of attapulgite, 0.09-0.12 part of organic polymer material, 0.10-0.13 part of green manure biochar, 0.05 part of membrane oil and 0.09-0.10 part of microbial composite bacterium agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of : mixing the urea, the calcium superphosphate, the potassium sulfate, the nitrification inhibitor, the bentonite and the attapulgite to prepare fertilizer core particles; and sequentially coating the organic polymer material, the green fertilizer biological carbon, the membrane oil and the microbial composite microbial agent on the surfaces of the fertilizer core particles. The fertilizer can remarkably improve the yield of soybeans, effectively improve the soil structure of moderate and mild saline-alkali soil, and is very suitable for soybeans in coastal saline-alkali soil.
