The length measuring device comprises a first image collector, an adapter ring, a microscope, a light source and a first base, the first image collector is connected with an eyepiece of the microscope through the adapter ring and connected with the computer through a data line, the microscope is fixed on the first base, the light source is arranged above the first base, the insect population counting device comprises a second image collector, a tripod head, an elevating screw, a supporting rod and a second base, the second image collector is connected with the elevating screw through the tripod head, the elevating screw is slidably connected with the supporting rod which is fixed on the second base, and the second image collector is connected with the computer through a data line. By the soil Collembola animal measuring and counting device, accurate parameters of growing and breeding of soil Collembola animals can be acquired, and efficiency and accuracy of ecotoxicity experiments are improved.
